I came to here because I was told the food was really good here I order filet Mignon I wanted medium rare … when I received my steak the first time it was well done .. so I let the bartender know that it was well done .. they sent it back and came back with a medium steak and bartender was genuinely nice .. but told he get the manager he comes out his name is Juan and argued me down that it was medium rare when came out was all sliced up when came out !!! I could not believe it ! I it was tough and it well done one side of the steak! The asparagus taste burnt I took pictures of food and how it was presented and also because I could believe the way I was treated after I paid my good money ! I will coming to speak to someone tomorrow that is above Juan to get some answers … I told he was General manager wow! If everyone is following his model how customer service is he is sadly mistaken:( Even Juan has a boss…. The bartender was really nice !
The food here is great but management and service was not able to handle a mistake. A waitress spilled an appetizer on my pants that had tomato and balsamic vinegar. I did not feel like causing a scene was necessary and reacted very calmly, however no one brought me seltzer water or tried to help. The manager did not come over and check and they did not try to repair the situation. I am aware accidents happen, but no one came to apologize or talk to me and they simply ignored the issue at hand. A simple apology would have been fine and if done I would not be writing this review.
My coworkers planned my going away dinner and brought me here. I had a blast! The food was very good, reminded me of my fave place back in FL (Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, if ya know-ya know) and our server, Allie, just made the night! So friendly, and chatty, and made great suggestions. I will definitely be back, and she better be my server!!
went there on april 30 for dinner and sat outside. First the good: ambience, greetings, seating (reserved in advance), unfortunately it was all downhill from there. The server did not get any silverware, napkins, even after taking the order. I had to ask three times to different servers as well. The food/pizza arrived, but no plates were given to party of six. The pizza started getting cold. The naked wings were hard as a rock and fried in some oil that reeked of staleness. We had to leave those uneaten. The sausage appetizer was similarly hard. We have eaten here before, but this was the worst experience. I would appreciate a reply from the manager.
Went there for the first time last week for a networking event. I was impressed and the pizza was good. I will definitely return!
