We visited last month for our anniversary. Service was very “busy”. we had to get our own silverware for the appetizer served. The chicken in the pasta dish was dry. I told the waiter, but he dis not do anything to amend it. He should at least offer to give a discount. I filled out a review solicited by the restaurant, but they never contacted us.
Every time I get the chance, I love coming here. The service is outstanding, and the cuisine is consistently delicious. We sampled a bit of everything on the menu, and it was all delicious. The best way to eat is to order numerous plates and share them all together. I might also add that dining by candlelight simply enhances the experience.
Our favorite restaurant in Houston! My husband is Italian and he is so happy to have found a place that can cook all his favorites. The managers Phillip and Ella are amazing and work hard to make sure that the food and service is the best around. Highly recommend Coppa Osteria, always so delicious
Love it! Food. Drinks and service. A bit overpriced, but very good over all.
The food was good. The service was horrible. If you are going to have that amount of people then you need to have the wait staff to handle it. My bread plate was taken from in front of me without asking. I was reached over so many times with hot plates. I had a side of Brussel sprouts which are incredible. They are my favorite part of the meal. I had 2 spoonfuls left and the waiter takes them away. He couldn't refill a drink, bring food in a timely manor but he sure could take the food away. The table behind us got waited on often. They even had 3 or 4 different waiters at their table. It made what was happening to us seem all the more pointed. I don't think my guest list fit their expectations. We made the manager aware. She didn't offer an apology. She didn't do or say ANYTHING! She got very overwhelmed and got us our check. She was so nervous and unresponsive. Not what you want in a manager at all.
