Ordered on the App and once I arrived my order was waiting for me. Great customer service every time I come in. Ordered breakfast bagel and an extra cinnamon raisin bagel with schmear. Had an iced Vanilla Latte to wash it all down. Yummy!!
I was enjoying my food so much I forgot to take a before picture ! Everything was so good and the customer service here was so welcoming ! 💕 loved the girl who took my order she was so nice and attentive. The coffee shakes are delicious they are basically a Starbucks frappe 🤤yummy bagels and you must get the Greek yogurt cherry pie the balance of all the flavors is perfectly delicious
I have had several bad experiences already with the older lady at the register. She has an attitude or maybe that’s just her personality which if you ask me it needs an adjustment. Today I decided to come back give it a try again and when I saw her I decided just to ignore her bad attitude when I ordered. However, when I get my food, I got a burnt bagel. I find it cynical of them to even have put the bagel in the bag. That was just bad service! Who does that? Be honest and let me know that the food you just gave me was burnt. It smelled burnt! No way on earth they would have probably eaten that bagel themselves but they expected me to! Ridiculous! I now understand their bad rating on here and on Google.
No, no and just no - all three people in front of us wanted to either get a refund or the correct order. One person was given a refund and the other people were told "that's what you ordered!" Rather than leaving we decided to stick it out and when they placed my bag on the counter I asked who it was for and the man said, "I don't know." They don't put names on the bags. It was the worst Einstein brothers bagel experience I've ever had!!! My son said,"worst dining experience we've ever had in America!"
I love these bagels, but the service is awful! The morning staff has never been fully staffed properly to accommodate the customers! Why is this location on Kirby has monthly staff changes? After 12 years of misses, I wonder if the employees are not paid appropriately, or does the management staff know anything of staffing quality. I've never seen the same employees!!
