I used to love coming to this store to shop for my kids and myself. However, after today, I don’t think I’m coming back anymore. Every time I come here, I’m told that the restroom is out of service. They tell you that you can either go across the street or to a nearby restaurant. The cashier was rude and they charged me an extra item that I didn’t take. I had to go back to get a refund on the extra item. Also, she forgot to give me the gap cash. I had to remind her that I was eligible to receive $80 of gap cash for my $200 purchase. I feel like it wasn’t worth it to pay the parking. They have cute things but I don’t think it was worth the trouble.
I'm sure I would have loved this Gap store if it had actually been open (middle of the day on Friday), but no, it was locked and deserted with no sign on the door. Staffing issues? Who knows? To add insult to injury, you're expected to PAY to park outside their store! What even...
Such a horrible experience we had today at this gap location. The middle age lady working at the baby/kid section screamed and terrified my 2-year-old just because my daughter was playing and touched the tag. The lady screamed at her and scared my baby. My daughter is only two and she just touched the tag and that doesn't mean that the lady had the right to scream at her!! I hope she gets reported and no more kids get scared of her aggressive behavior. I had to wait in the register for 15 minutes to just pay for the item that I wanted to buy. She treated us very poorly and in a nasty way!!!
This gap is immaculate, and has a great staff that are happy to help and very friendly. If you need kakhis and a polo this is the place to come. The negative is paying for parking
Got a gift card of $70 as credit by the store employee came back a week later and been told I only have $40 on the gift card. Store manager did nothing about it. Not ok. Will not come back.
