We had Venture Pools replaster our aging pool and also replace the tile. They did such an amazing job! We are very happy with the results. Hopefully next year we can afford to have the deck remodeled.
Consistently overdose chlorine (10+ppm), add random chemicals with no rationale, leave skimmer baskets out, and leave the electrical panel box open. You have to constantly double check their work. Why pay for a service if you have to go behind them to correct everything.
We have used this company for 2 years. I had zero complaints until 6 months ago and it has been a nightmare dealing with them ever since. I have tried to be patient knowing there is a labor and supply shortage but there is literally zero communication. Isn’t that half the job? I wish I could say this was the first time my pool was green for 3 weeks with no call back and technician not helpful at all. We are on the “green pool list” so they are aware. We couldn’t use our pool for a month this summer. We came back from vacation and our pool was half empty and green. They took our Polaris to Leslie Pools to be fixed, a month later I had no update and no call back so I called Leslie myself and handled it myself. They are not 24 hours (stated on website) they are 9-5 M-F and you MIGHT get a call back chances are slim to none. We are finally fed up and moving on.
Venture Pool Company did a full renovation of our pool's tile and plaster. They also upgraded our lighting system, replaced pumps and repaired our heater and floor cleaning system. They are also now our choice for ongoing maintenance. Venture Pool Company stands by its work and put in lots of extra effort on our pool. Our pool looks amazing. We're really grateful for the excellent service we received from them during our renovation and through their ongoing maintenance. Their team is really kind and always professional.
