I had a great experience with this place! I was looking for something for a brunch tour for a girls trip and Renée found the perfect dress for me. She took so much stress off of me and found the perfect look and received so many compliments on my outfit. Give this woman a raise!! There is so much to choose from and for so many occasions.
***UPDATE*** Renee the manager of Beehive called and apologized for the lack of service and miscommunication on her associates behalf. She was very sweet and told me that she appreciated my reaching out to discuss what happened and that she definitely wants me to continue to shop there. She also told me how much she values her customers and gave me 20% off my next in store purchase! I am pleased with her response and the fast action she took to reassure me that this would not happen again! :) This negative experience with this specific store associate (I believe her name is Courtney) happened today, February 28, 2021. This is not my first time shopping at this boutique. I love the clothes here and usually receive decent customer service however, I am absolutely shocked by how I was treated today. 1. Tone of associate’s voice was cold and uninviting. 2. I was told twice that returns weren’t accepted but could receive store credit. That was fine, I did not need reiteration. She mentioned that the policy varies by location and I asked where it mentions that the location does not accept returns because it did not say in the email I received for my online order confirmation. I was asking so I could make sure for future purchases. She said “oh you bought it from Austin they have a different policy” however, her tone was still cold and she sounded annoyed. 3. When she gave me the bag she literally dangled it over my head forcing me to reach my hand up high to grab the bag. I’m very petite and that made me feel totally and utterly uncomfortable and insulted as she said “bye” in a very stuck-up tone as if she could not wait to get rid of me. 4. She was on her phone for most of the time I was there and her demeanor was explicitly different with me versus the customers before me which my friend had also noticed.

I had a great shopping experience here yesterday! The owner and manager (Julia) of this location do a great job buying and choosing their collection! I could not believe how affordable everything was while also being on trend an unique! I can't wait to wear everything I purchased on my honeymoon in Maui! There is no other boutique like this in Houston.
